TradeMe Jobs had a vision for content that needed shaping - and resourcing. Engaging Partners developed a persona-led content strategy to provide strategic direction to content development, as well as the roadmap for an annual content plan.

After a series of workshops we identified 5 key personas that represent TradeMe Jobs ideal customers, then we developed comprehensive content ideas to suit the information needs of each persona at each stage of their job-seeking journey. After producing visual concepts for our hottest content ideas, we were engaged to produce the first series of content in the form of the ‘What Bosses Want’ video series designed for social.

Developing a content marketing programme wasn't something we had the in-house expertise to manage. Working with Engaging Partners to therefore develop this worked perfectly because they were able to quickly understand our business goals and challenges, our customers and our current content marketing. The team began by producing a strategic framework to help us; drive brand engagement, boost SEO performance and meet our wider marketing objectives. We also worked with the team to undertake content planning (including ideation and creative concepts) through to content execution. Our first video series that Engaging Partners produced for us really hit the mark and working with Rebecca, Sonia and the rest of the team was effortless and brought us better business results.
