All Engaging Partners work completed on a Time and Materials basis will be billed based on the services and rates below. The rates below will also be used to calculate estimates for project work requested (all estimates will be presented for approval). Services carried out under an agreed retainer (Alway on Services) are calculated at a flat rate based on the mix of services required.
All rates are in NZD. Any estimates will be valid for a period of 21 working days from the estimate date and will been calculated on the project information and specification available at the time. Variation or addition to the specification that increases the scope or timeframe of a project will be charged on a time and materials basis.
Any additional out of pocket expenses incurred on a project (e.g. image royalties, video shoot disbursements, etc.) will be on-charged at cost.
